Rose Bloise is a senior plant and wetland ecologist and project manager in the San Francisco Bay Area office with nearly 20 years of experience in wetland research and ecological consulting. She has a detailed understanding of biological permitting processes in California. Rose applies exceptional writing and organizational skills to the preparation of permit packages and to address plant and wetlands-related regulatory issues. She has worked on projects in a range of California’s habitats from the coast to the Central Valley., including in vernal pool and estuarian habitats.
Rose received an M.S. in Plant Biology from Southern Illinois University and a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Trinity Christian College.
