H. T. Harvey & Associates provided biological support services to Caltrans Districts 6 and 10. These two districts cover a third of the state, implementing maintenance and improvements on state and federal highways and bridges in 13 counties in Central California, from the eastern Sierra Nevada to the southern San Joaquin Valley.
