H. T. Harvey & Associates has offered on-call services to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (SCVTA) since 2005. We have assisted SCVTA with more than 30 task orders to date—our tasks have involved performing field assessments and preparing a Resource Management Plan for the Coyote Ridge Preserve; conducting special-status wildlife surveys and construction monitoring for State Route (SR) 152 improvements; completing a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) assessment for SR 87 high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) landscaping and subsequently implementing mitigation and monitoring the project; monitoring the Measure A consolidated mitigation site and the Tasman wetland mitigation site over multiple years; performing steelhead and California red-legged frog relocation and construction monitoring for the Upper Penitencia Creek fish passage improvements project; and providing a number of other biological services.
