H. T. Harvey & Associates has contributed ecological consulting services to hundreds of transportation- projects in California and Hawaii. Clients have included the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), the Federal Highway Administration, California High Speed Rail Authority, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), and numerous local and regional transportation authorities. Our work ranges from projects relatively small in nature, such as bridge crossings or small developments, to large projects that cover thousands of acres and miles of highway and railway. We work directly for agencies and as subconsultants to engineering, planning, and other larger firms.
