Kevin Cahill is a senior wildlife ecologist and project manager in our Sacramento Valley office with more than a decade of professional experience. He has expertise in the biology and ecology of raptors with a specialty in Swainson’s hawk. Kevin has an in-depth understanding of California Fish and Game Code, California and Federal Code of Regulations, and state and federal permitting processes. He is skilled at leading and training teams and has developed survey protocols for various sensitive and listed species inventories and monitoring efforts.
Kevin received an M.S. in Biology (Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation) from California State University, Sacramento, and a B.A. in English and History from the University of California, Davis.
